Retained Die Cud from 3:15 to 4:15

Obverse 15 is observed with date placement at B. Obverse 15 was struck from misaligned working dies.

Reverse O is rotated 5 degrees clockwise. Reverse O has developed a large retained cud from 3:15 to 4:15.

Comments: Variety 13 shows no sign of any advanced die state, so a tentative assessment would be that the retained cud of reverse O occured early.
