Obverse
17 is observed with date placement at B. Obverse 17 was
struck
from misaligned working dies and has developed a large rim break at
6:30.
Reverse Q is rotated 171 degrees counter clockwise and has also been
struck from misaligned working dies.
Comments:
Variety 15 was first seen by this author during July 2015.
The degree of die rotation for the variety 15 die pair is
substantial and most likely dynamic in nature.
