Obverse 65 is observed with date placement at LE.
Reverse AAQ is rotated 131 degrees clockwise.
Comments: Variety 67 eexhibits substantial working die rotation, which may be the reslt of dynamic die rotation.
Variety 67 was first identified by this author during early January 2018.
