Rev. Lb:  Reverse L is rotated 117 degrees clockwise.

Comments:  Additional examples of Variety 3 will be necessary to determine if the Reverse L die rotation is dynamic.

During early November 2018, Paul Nomes submitted an example of Variety 3 with Reverse L rotated 107 degrees counter clockwise.  Paul's discovery confirms a dynamic die rotation was evident during the Variety 3 die pairing and that additional exampes of Variety 3 will be found with Reverse L in various rotated positions.  Paul's coin has been assigned the Variety 3a die pairing number in order to capture the Reverse L counter clockwise rotation of 107 degrees.

During late September 2019, this author discovered Variety 3 with Reverse L in a 117 degree clockwise rotated position.  The discovery is plated below as the 3ab die pairing in order to capture the newly identified Reverse L rotated position.
