Obverse 24 is observed with date placement at B.  Obverse 24 has developed very heavy die flow lines and has acquired a clash mark in front of the eye of Miss Liberty from a clashing event with Reverse AW.

Reverse AW is rotated 5 degrees counter clockwise and has developed a cud between 2:30 and 3:15.  Reverse AW is in a similar die state as Obverse 24, with the advancement of very heavy dei flow lines. Reverse AW has acquired a clash mark through the C of CENT from a clashing event with Obverse 24.

Comments:  Variety 16 was first discoverd by this author during late June 2015.
