Reverse O.3 Die Crack from Shield

Reverse O.3 Die Crack from 3:30

Reverse O.3 Die Cracks from 11:30

Obverse 12 now develops a full rim cud below the date and further degradation brings forth a terminal die state, with a heavy die crack originating  from 6:30 and continuing up through the neck, then nose and finally terminating at 10:00.

Reverse O is initially found to be rotated 23 degrees counter clockwise and will continue to rotate counter clockwise to 45 degree, during this die marriage.  Reverse O is found initially with clash marks to the right of the denomination, with the clash marks rotated clockwise.  In a later die state, reverse O develops a second set of clash marks, but this time rotated a few degrees clockwise from the initial die clash marks.  Reverse O will further degrade and devlop the following die cracks:
1.  Die crack from the right side of the shield
2.  Die crack from the rim at 3:30 into the wreath, continuing along the middle arrow shaft and around the wreath to the olive leaves.  A secondary crack branches off the first crack in the field at 3:30 and continues into the wreath.  This second secondary crack will connect with the first  at the outer edges of the two oak leaves above the middle arrowhead.
3.  Two die cracks orginate from 11:30, one enters the left side of the shield and the second continues downward into the left wreath.  The second die crack remains light throughout the life of the reverse.

Comments:  Reverse O die clashing may be a product of clashes with obverse 12.  The second clashing of reverse O was definitely from obverse 12, but an earlier die state of variety 6 must be found to confirm the initial die clashing was a result of a clashing with obverse 12.
