Comments:  Date placement is C.  Repunching visible to the south on the 64.  Obverse 3 remains uncracked, but develops flow lines by the denticles in later die states.  The repunching at the base of the 4 will becomes somewhat indistinct in later die states due to these flowlines.

Reverse die rotations of 5 degrees in its earliest die state and 22 degrees in its later die state have been observed by this author.  The very latest die state has no rotation.  This could indicate the source of rotation, which was proably a loose set screw, was identified and corrected.  In later die states, reverse C develops die cracks at 2:00, 3:30, 8:00 and 9:30.

Reverse Die Rotations by Die State

Die stage A:  5 degrees clockwise rotation. Anacs XF45, web book plate coin.
Die stage B:  22 degrees counter clockwise rotation.
Die stage B:  0 degree rotation.

Plate Coin:  D. Poliquin collection, Anacs XF45
