Comments:
Date placement is C, with date sloping slightly downward.
Obverse 4 is observed with a date punch artifact on the crossbar
of the 4. This artifact was transferred from a date punch that
was impressed on the working die and thus, is not actual repunching.
Reverse
D develops heavy die cracks from 7:00, 8:30 and 9:30 that connect in
the wreath, according to Rick Snow. Considering the severity of
the die cracks, the formation of a cud in this area seems plausible.
Reverse D with the heavy die cracks is worthy of a premium and if a die
state turns up with a cud, the premium would be even greater.
