Obverse 8 is identified by date placement at C and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the northwest above the base of the 1 and within the upper loop and above the left side of the lower loop of the 8.

Type I Reverse F is rotated 8 degrees clockwise and is identified by Class III Hub Doubling of O(N)E and C(E)NT.  Type I Reverse F has developed the following die crack:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 8:00 extends downward through the olive leaves.
Type I Rev. F.2:  The Reverse F die crack from 8:00 has become severe and has now formed a partial cud between 6:00 and 8:00.

Comments:   Reverse F was initially hubbed with a Type I reverse working hub, then subsequently hubbed with a Type II reverse working hub.  The resulting hubbing of Reverse F from two different designs from working hubs created what is referred to as Class III Design Hub Doubling.
