Obverse 19 is identified by date placement at RH and date repunching that features an initial date impression to the south below the serif of the 1 digit.  Obverse 19 is observed with a raised artifact located at the upper neck and die lines extending through 'UNIT(ED)' and '(S)TATES'.  Obverse 19 has acquired clash marks from a clashing event with Reverse Q and has developed die cracking.

Reverse Q is observed with artifacts located at the bottom left of the upper and middle olive leaves as well as a rough field area around the ribbon bow.  Reverse Q has acquired clash marks from a clashing event with Obverse 19 and has developed die cracking.
