Reverse B Die Crack Mapping

Obverse 4 is identified by repunching to the south on the 18 digits, with date placement at RH.  Obverse 4 has developed moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines and has acquired clash marks between feathers 8 and 9 from a clashing event with reverse B.

Reverse B is rotated 9 degrees counter clockwise and is in a similar die state as obverse 4, with the advancement of moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.  Reverse B has acquired a clash mark through the C of Cent from a clashing event with Obverse 4 and develops the following die cracks:
1.  Die crack from the right side of the shield down through the right wreath.
2.  Die crack from the denticles at 2:15 down through the right wreath to the denticles at 4:30.
3.  Die crack from the denticles at 9:45 down through the left wreath.

Comments:  Variety 1 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin during early October 2016 for inclusion in this book based on the Obverse 4 date repunching.
