loops of both 8 digits. Obverse 12 has developed moderately
heavy die flow lines.
Reverse L is in a similar die state as Obverse 12, with the advancement
of moderately heavy die flow lines.

Obverse 12 date repunching is relatively wide, though the initial date
impressions are limited to the upper loops of the 8 digits.
