Obverse
4 is identified by date placement at RE and date repunching that
features initial date impressions to the south within the upper loops
of the 8 digits and below the upper loop of the 2 digit.
Reverse C has yet to be observed with any die markers.
Comments:
Obverse 4 will exhibit a repaired top on the 2 digit.
