Obverse 16 is identified by date placement at LH, misplaced 8 between the left and right hair curls and repunched date that features an initial date impression to the south with the upper loop of the last 8.  Obverse 16 has developed moderately heavy die flow lines and has acquired two sets of clash marks in front of the eye from separate clashing events with Reverse P.  Obverse 16 develops the following die crack:
1.  Die crack from the denticles at 8:45 connecting the tops of D of UNITED and ST of STATES.

Reverse P is in a similar die state as Obverse 16, with the advancement of moderately heavy die flow lines.  Reverse P has acquired two sets of clash marks through the C of CENT and to the right of the denomination from separate clashing events with Obverse 16.

Comments:  The clashing events between Obverse 16 and Reverse P occurred at 0 rotation and subsequently at 4 degree rotation, with Reverse P of the above plate coin measuring 4 degree clockwise rotation.
