Obverse 8 is identified by date placement at C, with date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south below the serif of the 1, within both loops and outside bottom of the upper loop of the first 8, within both loops and outside bottom of the upper loop of the second 8 and within the upper loop and outside bottom of the of the upper loop of the 9.  Obverse 8 has developed light to moderately heavy die flow lines.  Obverse 8 features some die polish lines, with a prominent one from the denticles below the first 8 through both loops to the bottom of the ribbon.

Reverse H is in a similar die state as Obverse 8, with the advancement of light to moderately heavy die flow lines.

Comments:  Variety 6 is included in the Top 100 Varieties based on the bold initial date impressions of Obverse 8.
