Obverse 12 is identified by date placement at C with date repunching
that features initial date impressions to the north above the 1 and to
the south below the upper loop of the 9. Obverse 12 has developed
heavy die flow lines.
Reverse
L is in a similar die state as Obverse 12, with the advancement of heavy die flow lines.
Comments: The Obverse 12
initial date impressions indicate that the initial digit punch
impression was rotated clockwise with respect to the final date
placement.
