Repunched 89 to the North


Obverse 17 is identified by repunching to the north on the 89, with an upward sloped date and date placement at LE.  Obverse 17 was struck from misaligned working dies.

Reverse P was struck from misaligned working dies.

Comments:  The obverse 17 repunching is evident only on the upper half elements of the 89 digits.
