Obverse 15 is identified by date placement at LE and date repunching that features an initial date impression below the base of the 1.  Obverse 15 also exhibits a die line from the U of UNITED to the bust point and another die line that connects the tops of the date.

Reverse P has acquired a clash mark through the C of CENT.
