Obverse 43 is observed with date placement at RH.

Reverse AR is identified by die rust primarily located above, to the left and below the shield, around (ON)E, around (CE)NT and within the lower left wreath.

Comments:  Variety 38 was first identified by Russell Doughty.

During late August 2019, David Killough submitted the above example of Variety 38 that allowed for more precise photography of the Reverse AR die rust than was the case with the Doughty example.
