Repunched 19 to the South


Obverse 17 is observed with date placement at RE and repunching to the south on the 19.  Obverse 17 is initially in its earliest die state and during a subsequent die state, will develop a comma shaped rim break below the chin.  The die break will develop into a triangular shape.

Reverse Q is in its earliest die state and yet to be observed with any die markers, other than the right shield point and olive leaf connected to the denticles .

Comments:  The die break that develops under the chin was given the moniker "Spiked Chin" by Rick Snow.
