Obverse 4 is observed with date placement at LH.

Reverse D is rotated 5 degrees clockwise and is identified by Class II hub doubling on the leaf veins and outer edges of the leaves on both the left and right side of the wreath.

Comments:  Though hub doubling is visible on both sides of the wreath, the left side doubling is not as strong compared to the right side.
