Obverse 1 is observed with date placement at RH and raised areas located on the lower half of the 1 digit.

Reverse A is rotated 6 degrees clockwise and may be identified by artifacts within the denticles between 3:45 and 4:00, among which is a linear artifact that is pointed out by the middle arrowhead.

Comments:  Proof 1 was one of two die pairings striking proof cents in 1907.
