features initial date impression to the south within the loop of the 0
as well as two initial date impressons to the south below the loop of
the 0; initial date impressions to the south under the flag, right
side and base of the 7.
Reverse I is rotated 6 degrees clockwise.
Comments:
The initial date impressions under the 0 exhibit two distinct impressions.
