Obverse 28 is identified by date placement at B and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south within the 0 and to the north above the top of the 7.  Obverse 28 has developed die flow lines and has acquired a clash mark from a clashing event with Reverse AB.
Obv. 28.2:  The Obverse 28 die flow lines have now become more severe.

Reverse AB has developed die flow lines and has acquired a clash mark from a clashing event with Obverse 28.
Rev. AB.2:  The Reverse AB die flow lines have now become more severe and a raised area has developed in the field area between the left ribbon end and the wreath stem.

Comments:  The Obverse 28 initial date impression within the 0 was previously unidentified prior to publication in this book.
