Reverse AAK Die Crack Mapping

Heavy Die Crack Between 2:30 and 3:30

Obverse 64 is observed with date placement at LE.

Reverse AAK develops the following die cracks:
1.  Heavy die crack from the rim at 2:30 downward through the wreath to the rim at 3:30.
2.  Light die crack from the denticles at 3:30 to the middle arrowhead.

Comments:  The Reverse AAK die crack between 2:30 and 3:30 is relatively heavy and creates a bi-level field at 2:30.  I anticipate a future Reverse AAK die state that features the formation of a cud in the area defined by this die crack.

Variety 62 was first identified by this author during late January 2017.
