Obverse 56 is observed with date placement at C and a digit punch artifact above the base of the 2.  Obverse 56 has developed heavy die flow lines.

Reverse AAD is observed with die polish lines and has developed a retained cud between 9:15 and 10:45.  Reverse AAD has developed the following die crack:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 11:00 extends into the upper left side of the shield.

Comments:  Obverse 56 has developed heavy die flow lines and features the more advanced die state compared to Reverse AAD, which exhibits die polish lines and no discernible die flow lines.  The difference in die state between Obverse 56 and Reverse AAD indicates Obverse 56 was in service prior to the Variety 54 Die Pairing.

Variety 54 was first identified by this author during mid September 2021.
