Obverse 20 is observed with date placement at RH with date repunching
that features initial date impressions to the north within both loops
of the first 8.
Reverse S is rotated 5 degrees counter clockwise.
Comments: Variety 18 was
first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin
during mid February 2017 for inclusion in this book based on the date
repunching of Obverse 20.
