Obverse 16 is identified by date placement at B, the base of a misplaced 1 digit above the fifth necklace bead and an artifact above the designer's initial.  Obverse 16 has developed rim breakage between 10:30 and 2:00.

Reverse O is rotated 7 degrees counter clockwise.

Comments:  The Variety 13 Die Pairing was initially attributed by Rick Snow, with the above plate coin submitted by David Killough during mid May 2020.
