Obverse 28 is identified by date placement at LH, die roughness within the lower loop of the 9 and date repunching that features an initial date impression to the north above the serif of the 1.  Obverse 28 has developed a cud between 8:30 and 9:30.

Reverse AB has acquired a clash mark through the C of CENT.

Comments:  The Obverse 28 die break occurred early during Variety 26's service, since neither Obverse 28 nor Reverse AB exhibit advanced die states.

Variety 26 was first identified by this author during late February 2019.
