Obverse 37 is identified by date placement at C and dae repunching that
features initial date impressions to the east within both loops of the
8 and 9 as well as under the flag of the 7. Obverse 37 has developed heavy
die flow lines and has acquired a clash mark in front of the eye of
Miss Liberty from a clashing event with Reverse AK.
Reverse
AK is in a similar die state as Obverse 37, with the advancement of
heavy die flow lines. Reverse AK has acquired a clash mark
through (C)ENT from a clashing event with Obverse 37. Reverse AK
develops the following die crack: 1. Radial die crack from the rim at 9:30 through the left wreath.
Comments: The Obverse 37 clash mark is evident, but has faded due to the development of heavy die flow lines.
