Obverse 13 is identified by date placement at RE and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south below the serif and base of the 1, to the east within the lower loop of the first 9 and to the east within both loops and to the east of the rigth side, as well as to the north above the upper loop of the final 9.  Obverse 13 may also be identified by a heavy die line in the denticles below the date.  Obverse 13 has developed heavy die flow lines and has acquired a clash mark in front of the eye of Miss Liberty from a clashing event with Reverse M.  Obverse 13 develops the following die crack:
1.  Die crack from the bust point along the bottom of the portrait to the ribbon.

Reverse M is in a similar die state as Obverse 13, with the advancement of heavy die flow lines.  Reverse M has acquired clash marks above and to the left of (O)NE and through (C)ENT from a clashing event with Obverse 13.

Comments:  The above plate coin represents a late die state, which has caused the initial date impressions around the 1 and within the lower loop of the first 9 to fade.  If the Obverse 13 diagnostics were not known, one could easily misattribute a late die state example of Variety 8 as a different die pairing based on the absence of any discernible initial date impressions within the lower loop of the first 9.

Upon examination of the above plate coin, I was able to identify additional initial date impressions to the north above the final 9 that were previously unidentified.
