Obverse 17 is identified by date placement at RH and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the northeast within both loops and to the east of the right side of the second 9.  The second 9 also exhibits a small die break located at the upper section within the upper loop.

Reverse Q is rotated 7 degrees clockwise and has acquired a clash mark through (C)ENT.

Comments:  The locations of the Obverse 17 initial date impressions indicate an initial date impression located slightly northeast with respect to the final date placement of the second 9.
