Obverse 45 is identified by date placement at LH with date repunching
that features initial date impressions to the east outside the lower
loop of the 8 and to the east within the lower loop of both 9 digits.
Obverse 45 has developed heavy die flow lines.
Reverse
AS is in a similar die state as Obverse 45, with the advancement of
heavy die flow lines.
