Obverse 6 is identified by date placement at LH and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south below the serif of the 1, to the south within the upper loop of the 9 and to the north above the second 0.

Reverse F is rotated 7 degrees clockwise.

Comments: Although Variety 3 has developed moderate to heavy die flow lines, Variety 3 has yet to develop any die cracking.
