Obverse 15 is identified by date placement at RE and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south below the serif of the 1, within the upper loop of the 9, within the first 0 and within the second 0, where there are two separate initial date impressions.  Obverse 15 has developed moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.

Reverse O is rotated 5 degrees clockwise and is in a similar die state as Obverse 15, with the advancement of moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.

Comments:  Prior to publication in this book, the repunching of the 1, 9 and first 0, as well as the second initial date impression within the second 0, were previously unidentified.  It should be noted that lower grade examples of Variety 12 may not exhibit initial date impressions of the aforementioned repunched digits due to wear that will cause blending of the initial date impressions into the digits.
