loop of the 9. Obverse 38 has developed moderately heavy to heavy
die flow lines and has acquired a light clash mark in front of the eye
of Miss Liberty from a clashing event with Reverse AL. Obverse 38
was struck from misaligned working dies and has developed rim breaks
between 9:30 and 11:00.
Reverse
AL is rotated 5 degrees clockwise and is in a similar die state as
Obverse 38, with the advancement of moderately heavy to heavy die flow
lines. Reverse AL has acquired a light clash mark through the C
of CENT from a clashing event with Obverse 38. Reverse AL was
struck from misaligned working dies.
