Obverse 6 is identified by date placement at RH and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south below the base of the 1, within the upper loop and below the base of the 9 and within the 0.

Reverse E has acquired clash marks from a clashing event with Obverse 6.

Comments:  The initial date impressions within the upper loop of the 9 and within the 0 were previously unidentified prior to publication in this book.

Both Obverse 6 and Reverse E clash during Variety 2, though the Obverse 6 clash marks are obscured by the working die flow lines.
