Comments:  During late May 2019, this author was fortunate to acquire a mint state example of Variety 4 encased in an advertising pin for the 'Lincoln Tavern'.  The 'Lincoln Tavern' was located in New York City and the pin was manufactored by Whitehead & Hoag Company located in Newwark, NJ.
