Obverse 13 is identified by date placement at LE, the top of a misplaced digit within the denticles below the primary 0 of the date and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the southwest within the upper loop and to the west within the lower loop of the 9, as well as to the southwest within the 0.

Reverse L has yet to be observed with any die markers.

Comments:  The initial date impression within the lower loop of the 9 was previously unidentified prior to publication in this book.
