Obverse 16 is identified by repunching to the north on the left base of
the 1, with date placement at LH. Obverse 16 is observed with the
presence of moderate die flow lines.
Reverse
P is in a similar die state as obverse 16, with the advancement of moderate die flow lines.
Comments: Variety 14 was first identified by this aurthor during mid December 2013.
