Obverse 8 is identified by a misplaced digit in the denticles below and to the left of the primary 0 of the date and minor repunching to the north on the entire date, with date placement at RE.

Reverse H is yet to be observed with any die markers.

Comments:  The obverse 8 repunching is much more evident on higher grade and/or earlier die state examples.  The comparison of date repunching of obverse 8, which is shown above, well illustrates the difference in regards to the visibility of the repunching elements between a lower grade example and a higher grade and/or earlier die state example.  Russell Doughty was generous in allowing me to use his images of the higher grade repunching of obverse 8.
