Die Crack from 3:00


Obverse 14 is identified by repunchng to the south on the 9, with date placement at RE.  Obverse 14 is observed with light die flow lines.

Reverse N is in a smilar die state as obverse 14 with the development of light flow lines.  Reverse N develops the following die crack:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 3:00 up through the wreath.

Comments:  The obverse 14 repunching of the 9 digit is evident on all elements of the 9.
