Obverse 99 is identified by date position located at left half of denticle and date repunching that features initial date impressions located to the northwest within the lower loop of the 9 digit and within the 0 digit.

Reverse AAAV has yet to be observed with any die markers.

Comments:  Obverse 99 may not appear to exhibit date repunching when examining an example of Variety 99 in hand; however, when the coin is rotated the initial date impressions of the 9 and 0 digit are indeed quite bold.

Variety 99 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin during early July 2026 for inclusion in this book based on the date repunching of Obverse 99.
