Comments:  Repunching to the south on the 1, 8 and 0.  The plate coin in Rick Snow's attribution guide was upgraded from an AU50 to a MS64.  In aaddition to the upgraded plate coin, the description also changed to include additional repunching to the south on the 0 as well as important diagnostics of the reverse paired with this obverse.  

The reverse diagnostics include a cud that has formed inside the right flag of the T of  CENT and die flaws above the shield.
