Obverse 13 is identified by date placement at LE and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the north within the lower loop of the 8, to the north within the lower loop of the 6 and to the north above the base, immediately above the crossbar, well above the crossbar and to the left of the diagonal of the 4.  Obverse 13 has acquired clash marks from a clashing event with Reverse AJ and has developed the following die cracks:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 1:15 extends downward through 'OF'.
2.  Die crack segment connects the tops of 'A(MER)ICA'.

Reverse AJ is rotated 10 degrees clockwise and  has acquired clash marks from a clashing event with Obverse 13.  Reverse AJ has developed the following die cracks:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 4:15 extends into the lowest arrowhead.
2.  Die crack from the rim at 5:15 extends into the wreath stem and continues through the ribbon knot.
3.  Die crack from the rim at 8:15 extends into the lowest oak leaf.

Comments:  Obverse 13 received two initial date impressions prior to the final date placement.  Both initial date impressions were positioned to the north with respect to the final date placement, with one initial date impression located slightly north of the final date placement and with impressions to be found immediately above the base and crossbar of the 4.  The second initial date impression, which is lighter than the previously mentioned initial date impression, is located within the lower loop of the 8, within the lower loop of the 6 and well above the crossbar and to the left of the diagonal of the 4.

The 10 degrees rotation measured for Variety 13 is a static rotational attribute of this die pairing.
