Obverse 19 is identified by date placement at B and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the north above the serif of the 1, to the north within the upper loop of the 8, to the south within the lower loop of the 6 and to the south below the crossbar of the 4.

Reverse AP is rotated 114 degrees clockwise and is observed with a die line from the denticles at 8:00 into the middle olive leaf and die roughness at 2:00 in the right wreath as well as field area.  Reverse AP has acquired clash marks through the C of CENT and to the right of the denomination.

Comments:  Obverse 19 will later be in service paired with Reverse AS during the 1864 With L Variety 29 die pairing.
