Obverse 1 is identified by date placement at LH and date repunching
that features initial date impressions to the east from the right bases
of the 9 and 0 of the date. Obverse 1 has developed heavy die
flow lines.
Reverse
A is in a similar die state as Obverse 1, with the advancement of heavy
die flow lines.
Comments: Variety 13 represents the second die pairing of Obverse
1 and Reverse A, which were previously employed during the 1901 Proof 1 die pairing.
